What you walk away with

Not theory for its own sake. By the evening you'll have three working assets for your business.

A company knowledge base

Your context in Obsidian: materials, roles and knowledge the agent relies on.

An AI agent for your task

A working agent for a real task - for example, an analyst «Competitive intelligence».

A coordinator agent

A coordinator for a business briefing: it gathers data from sources and builds a report.

A working rollout logic

A clear route: knowledge base → agent → tools → scenario → result.

Everyone shows 100 neural networks to master. We're about the opposite.

You don't need another list of tools - you need a different approach: take one everyday task, break it into skills and assemble an agent that works for you.

Services change - the logic stays. A one-off request gives a one-off answer; an agent needs context: knowledge, roles, limits and tools.

  • One everyday task
  • Break it into skills
  • Assemble an agent
  • A tool that works for you

Who this workshop is for

Who will benefit

  • Business owners and leaders - understand which tasks to hand to agents and how to adopt AI without chaos or wasted spend
  • Top managers and department heads - turn AI from scattered experiments into managed scenarios: reports, documents, analytics
  • Entrepreneurs and project founders - close more tasks with a small team: content, documents, operational processes
  • Specialists in marketing, HR, finance and operations - strengthen your profession and become the one who rolls out AI in the team
  • Those responsible for AI and digitalization - get a working logic: knowledge base → agent → tools → scenario → result
  • Consultants, experts and freelancers - offer clients ready agent solutions instead of advice

The workshop is not a fit for

  • Those looking for a «press a button - get a result» template
  • Those who just want to hear about trends and implement nothing
  • Those looking for a programming course - there's no code here
  • Those expecting a universal solution «for everyone and everything at once»
  • Those not ready to spend these hours practicing in the moment

Three modules. One route.

Moving from plain ChatGPT and Claude to building AI employees that work with your company's context. By the end of the workshop your own AI employee is running.

  1. 09:30 – 10:00

    Participant registration

Get to know each other, check access and accounts.

  2. 10:00 – 12:00

    Module 1. Foundations

Knowledge base and skills (Claude Skills)

    Obsidian

Give the agent memory and knowledge of the business.

    What we cover
    • How an AI agent differs from a plain chat
    • Why agents appeared and what they can do
    • Where agents can live: cloud, PC, messenger, work tools
    • Agentic thinking: goal, role, context, limits
    • System anatomy: trigger → analysis → memory → action
    • What goes into a company knowledge base
    • Why Obsidian is convenient for context
    • What a skill is and how it differs from a prompt
    • How Claude and Codex create skills from a knowledge base

Outcome: Your own knowledge base and first skills for your tasks

  3. 12:00 – 12:30

    Coffee break, networking

  4. 12:30 – 14:30

Module 2. The heart of the workshop

    Building the AI agent

    Claude

We assemble an agent from skills for your task.

    What we cover
    • Why skills are better built for your own business
    • How to write a prompt to create a skill
    • Which skills a business needs — examples
    • What MCP is in plain language
    • How the agent gathers data and builds reports
    • How to limit the agent's actions
    • Where human control is needed

Outcome: A working AI agent for your real task

  5. 14:30 – 15:30

    Lunch, networking

  6. 15:30 – 17:30

Module 3. From agent to tool

    Your own app without code

    Codex

We turn the agent into a working tool without code.

    What we cover
    • How to build your own app by describing the task in words
    • How Claude Code differs from a chat
    • How to write a spec for AI
    • What a coordinator agent is
    • What sub-agents are and their roles
    • How orchestration works
    • When you need a system and when an agent is enough
    • How to assign tasks to the agent from computer and phone

Outcome: A finished tool — your AI employee at work

  7. 17:30

    Q&A. Wrap-up

We break down your tasks and exchange contacts.

Questions and answers

Do I need experience with AI?

No. The workshop is clear for beginners and useful for those already using AI. We start with the basic logic: what an agent is, why a knowledge base matters, how to set a role, limits and result.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. This is not a programming course. It's about how to manage agents, give them tasks, connect knowledge and check the result.

Can I ask my own questions?

Yes. Questions and working through specific tasks are an important part of the workshop.

Will we work with my own business?

Yes. Examples are prepared in advance, but the logic of each module transfers to your business: processes, tasks, data, documents and team.

How is this different from YouTube videos?

YouTube gives scattered tips. The workshop gives structure, sequence and live work with experts: you repeat the steps, ask questions and see the scenarios assembled in practice.

Do I need to install tools beforehand?

We'll send a list of what's worth preparing in advance: accounts, services, materials. No complex technical setup is required.

Do I need paid subscriptions?

Some demos may use paid versions, but the core logic is clear without complex corporate plans. We'll send a list of recommended accounts before the event.

Will I have access to materials afterwards?

Yes. Participants get access to the base: templates, guides, prompts and example scenarios - during the workshop and after it.

What do I get in the end?

An understanding of how AI agents work and three working assets: a company knowledge base, an AI agent for your task and a coordinator agent for a business briefing.
